Look Out for New Google+ Share Button on Websites

Google continues to promote its social network, Google+ with the introduction of the Google+ Share Button.  Like the +1 button, the share button is easy for webmasters to install with a simple snippet of code that Google will generate for you.

The button is globally available immediately to all publishers and can be configured and up-and-running in a matter of minutes as a standalone product.

This isn’t the first step Google has taken this year to promote Google+ and expand its reach and offerings, whether its been transforming the look and feel of the service and its capabilities, or increasing the prominence of Google+ on other Google products.  What’s next for Google+ plugins? Do you think they are taking the necessary steps to expand their reach successfully?
